Mr. Jeevan Varghese is a seasoned finance and compliance professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate governance, real estate finance, and strategic management. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), he holds a Master’s in Business Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, and a Master’s in Commerce from the University of Kerala.

An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Mr. Varghese is a certified CFO professional and has also completed a certification in Real Estate Economics & Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Before joining LexFins 360 as a Partner, he served as India CFO and Nominee Director for Taurus Investments Holdings, USA, a global private equity and real estate development firm, where he lead finance, compliance, and administration functions for its India operations. His leadership experience spans financial strategy, cross-border structuring, investor relations, and regulatory management.

Earlier in his career, he contributed to the post-IPO listing of Everonn Education Limited, worked with top-tier law firm KLAW in Bangalore, and lead the Real Estate Legal division of Muthoot Pappachan Group as Chief Manager – Legal & CS.

At LexFins 360, Mr. Varghese brings a strategic CFO mindset to the firm’s advisory practice, driving excellence in finance, compliance, and corporate restructuring mandates. Known for his thought leadership, he has also served as Secretary and Chairman of the ICSI Thiruvananthapuram Chapter, promoting transparency and simplicity in corporate and regulatory laws.
